Coordination, training, compliance and grievance support — working closely with the Maharashtra State Haj Committee, never in place of the Haj Committee of India.

Haj operations coordination

Centralised coordination of Haj operations for Pune District.

We help organise the season so Hajis, member pilgrimage tour operators and partners move in step — from orientation through departure — while official applications remain on hajcommittee.gov.in.

H

Support to member PTOs

Guidance and support to licensed pilgrimage tour operators.

Registered and licensed PTOs in the General Body receive practical guidance so their Hajis receive consistent information, training dates and compliance reminders.

B

Verification and compliance

Licensing, regulatory and ethical standards, kept in view.

We work so operations stay within the rules set by the Haj Committee of India, the Maharashtra State Haj Committee and the season’s circulars. We do not issue visas or collect official Haj fare.

B

Training and orientation

Structured programmes so every Haji is confident and informed.

Pre-Haj sittings at Pensionwala Masjid cover rituals, health, safety and logistics, with practical guidance on Ihram, Tawaf, Sa'i and the remaining rites, plus educational materials in more than one language.

H

Health awareness

Programmes arranged with medical professionals.

We circulate vaccination and fitness camp dates, explain requirements announced for that Haj year, and encourage Hajis to follow their doctors. We do not replace medical advice.

F

Grievance redressal

A place to raise issues and seek a fair resolution.

Hajis and families can write to us or call +91 88064 31442. We also liaise with authorities and regulatory bodies when a matter needs an official channel.
