Documents checklist
A practical list for families. Always match it against the circular for your Haj year.
Usually needed
- Valid machine-readable Indian passport
- Downloaded Haj Application Form after online submission
- Passport-size photographs as specified (white background)
- Solemn declaration / undertakings required that year
- Medical screening and fitness certificate when asked
- Proof of remittance / payment receipts from the official portal
- Identity proof for camps and counters
Good habits
- Keep names, dates of birth and passport numbers identical everywhere
- Make two paper sets and one clear phone scan
- Do not hand original passports to unknown agents
- After qurrah, watch the State Haj Committee deadline — it is short
- Ask us in training if a form name looks confusing
